Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel’s Cooking School Weekend is being held October 16th and 17th, which is just around the corner. The event participants will be welcomed with a Wine Tasting Reception, followed by a cooking demonstration by Chef Nathan Read. Chef Nathan Read will teach the guests the entire weekend how to cook scrumptious meals, including appetizers and a lavish four-course dinner. The appetizers served during the wine tasting will be demonstrated the next morning, so that each guest will know how to recreate the experience in their own home. The four course meal will be paired with different wines, and guests will be taught which wine goes with different foods. I would personally love to learn how to serve wine, and when red or white wine is appropriate.

This includes luxury accommodations at the Hilton Branson Convention Center, with all of their amenities. It also includes the cooking weekend and all of lessons by a professional chef.

I would love to go on a weekend getaway such as this, especially since I love to cook. My husband likes to eat, but he’s not much of a cook. I think he’d like to learn his way around the kitchen though. We both enjoy wine, we’d love to participate in wine tasting lessons. Branson, Missouri sounds like a beautiful place with a lot to offer. The hotel is close to championship golf courses, so your sweetheart can getaway to a round of golf while you go to a spa. You can also take a relaxing and romantic river walk, or go do some retail therapy at the nearby boutiques.
